1. IMMEDIATE DIGITAL DELIVERY
All our products are digital. Once payment is 
confirmed, you will automatically receive the following in your 
email:
- The files of your purchase attached
- An access link to your download folder

2. DELIVERY TIME
Delivery is immediate and automatic after payment 
confirmation. In exceptional cases, it may take up to 24 hours.

3. DIDN'T RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCT?
If you don't find the email in your inbox, 
we recommend:
- Checking your SPAM or junk mail folder
- Verifying that the email entered at the time of 
  purchase is correct

If you still haven't received your product within 7 days of your purchase, 
please write to turecursodigitalweb@gmail.com with your order 
number and we will resend it to you as soon as possible.

After 7 days, we cannot guarantee the 
resending of the product.

4. NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING
None of our products require physical shipping. 
No dispatches or home deliveries are made.
